Maria L. Anderson
Founder, LMT, B.S. Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, and Psychology
Maria is a deep tissue and sports rehabilitation specialist with over 13 years of experience in the massage therapy field.
Her work focuses on muscle-specific injuries, postural alignment, and restoring functional movement through a highly personalized, assessment-driven approach.
Maria is also certified in Somatic Experiencing®, which brings a deeper awareness to how the nervous system and body store stress, trauma, and emotional tension. She specializes in identifying psycho-somatic holding patterns—the unconscious ways the body braces, guards, and adapts—which often contribute to chronic pain and dysfunction.
Each session may include postural analysis, muscle testing, gua sha (muscle scraping), cupping, and nervous system-informed techniques that support not just the muscles, but the whole person.

Kate is a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist with over five years of experience and a gift for meeting the body exactly where it is. One of Elevation’s most versatile therapists, she blends technical expertise, intuitive touch, and genuine warmth to create bodywork that is both highly effective and deeply restorative.
Her specialties include Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post-operative care, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, assisted stretching, Cupping Therapy, and Prenatal Massage. Whether supporting recovery, addressing chronic tension and pain, or simply helping the body slow down and reset, Kate approaches every session with intention and adapts her work to what each client needs that day.
Warm, grounded, and deeply attentive, Kate is passionate about continued education and continually refining her craft. She is proudly bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently learning Lithuanian to reconnect with her family roots.

Blake is a Licensed Massage Therapist whose work blends therapeutic depth with a deeply relaxing, restorative touch. Combining Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release, his sessions are intentional and unhurried, addressing tension and restriction while giving the nervous system space to settle and reset.
With a background in social work and a passion for neuroscience and the mind-body connection, Blake brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to every session. He especially enjoys working with chronic tension, migraines, head and neck discomfort, stress, athletic recovery, neurodivergent clients, and pregnancy.

Originally from Cuba, Ricky spent years studying acting, an experience that sharpened his natural ability to read people, connect, and understand what each client needs. His treatments balance corrective, results-focused skincare with the deeply relaxing experience Elevation is known for.

Rosy

Rosy is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience and a deeply intuitive approach to bodywork. For her, massage is more than technique. It is a calling and an opportunity to help clients find relief, reconnect with their bodies, and return to a greater sense of balance and ease.

Her warm, individualized approach centers around truly listening to her clients and creating thoughtful treatments that help them feel cared for, restored, and renewed.
With a background in therapeutic massage, luxury spa care, skincare, and body treatments, Desiree brings a wonderfully well-rounded perspective to wellness. She is also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and will continue expanding her specialty work at Elevation through our MLD and TMJ & Migraine Relief Therapy protocols.
Desiree is passionate about creating meaningful client relationships and helping people feel better in their bodies—not just for the day, but as part of their ongoing wellness.

Michelle is a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist whose work blends clinical precision, intuitive touch, and a deeply grounded approach to healing. With advanced training in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, prenatal and oncology massage, hot stone, and Lomi Lomi, she draws from an extensive toolkit to create bodywork tailored to the person in front of her.
A U.S. Army veteran, Michelle brings a unique combination of discipline, strength, compassion, and presence to the treatment room. Her work is especially suited for clients managing chronic pain and tension, recovering from injury, or seeking deep, focused bodywork that still supports relaxation and nervous system regulation.
